EASTGATE LANES, INC. respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet.  As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites. Uses of this information include internal review of the number of visitors to the sites but only in an aggregate and non-personally-identifiable form. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable data about visitors to this site are known to EASTGATE LANES, INC. only when voluntarily submitted.  We may receive names, email addresses, email content, ages, billing information, parental contact information, shipping information, or other information that visitors voluntarily provide. This information may be retained by EASTGATE LANES, INC. By electing to receive emails from us, we are able to send you exclusive information and special offers, which you may otherwise not learn about. Follow the removal instructions located at the bottom of these emails to cease receiving them. Requesting removal will not prevent you from receiving email communications relating to any online order you place with us. EASTGATE LANES, INC. does not sell or rent your email addresses to others.

We may from time to time use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us, such as receiving our e-mail newsletters or being notified if they have won one of our contests. We may also contact you via telephone, text message or direct mail to let you know about these upcoming events, specials or other contests. Every e-mail sent in this manner will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe from future mailings and change the information that is contained in that individual's profile. Appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures have been put in place to protect the integrity and security of all information we obtain.

KIDS' PRIVACY POLICY
Eastgate Lanes, Inc makes every effort to encourage children to consult with their parents before furnishing data. However, Eastgate Lanes, Inc. believes that parents should supervise their children online and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing online their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission. We do not seek to acquire information specifically from children under the age of 13 on the our web site. This Kids' Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to children under the age of 13.

Building on our general Privacy Policy, we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protections when children visit the sites on which this Kids' Privacy Policy is posted. We explain those additional protections here in this Kids' Privacy Policy. For your convenience, this Kids' Privacy Policy uses terms that are defined in our general Privacy Policy.

The Children Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use certain features of our Web sites. Below we explain how we do that for these "kids." Also, when we use the term "parent" below, we mean to include legal guardians.

What types of personal information do we collect about kids?  We do not collect personal information from kids unless they register online for a promotion. The only information we collect from kids during our registration process is a kid's name, parent's e-mail address, kid's birth date only month and year, in some cases member name, and password. We collect birth dates to validate the ages of our guests, including kids. We also will collect a kid's e-mail address from a parent for the purpose of sending the kid e-mail related to a subscription. Note that all sites that are directed to children under 13 are prohibited by law from conditioning a kid's participation in an online activity on the kid's providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.

How do we use and share the personally identifiable information that we have collected about kids? We require children under 13 years of age to have a parent register for promotions. To personalize communications to a kid regarding a specific product we may use the kid's first name combined with the parent's last name and a mailing address provided by the parent when signing up for that specific product. We may collect a kid's e-mail address from the parent in order to send the kid a newsletter.

How can parents request access, change or delete personally identifiable information about their kids?  At any time parents, after providing proper parental identification, can refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their kid.  They may request to review update or delete any personal information we have collected.
